Refund & Support Policy

1. Non-Refundable Top-Ups

Because prepaid mobile credit is usually applied immediately by the telecom network, most top-up transactions are non-refundable once successfully processed.

2. When a Refund May Be Possible

A refund or adjustment may be considered only if:

  • The payment was charged but the top-up was not applied to the mobile number due to a technical error;
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same top-up by mistake;
  • The transaction was cancelled by the payment provider before processing.

In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof of payment.

1. 儲值交易原則

由於預付卡儲值金額一旦由電信系統入帳,即視為完成交易, 因此多數成功儲值的交易無法退款。

2. 可能可協助處理退款或帳務調整的情況

  • 已扣款,但因系統錯誤導致儲值金額未成功入帳;
  • 同一筆儲值因操作不慎產生重複扣款;
  • 金流服務商在實際處理前已取消該筆交易。
